Sorry

Sorry for the neglect the past two weeks. For all of you that are only 40% healthier because I have only given you 4 of the top 10 health tips, I am sorry for the delay...... These next two tips are ones that I am sure you have never heard of before. They go back centuries for there healing abilities and will undoubtedly make you healthier in just a few weeks. I hesitate slightly to share such a powerful health practice, but I am going to just lay it out for you.

5. Eat (are you Reaaaady) Fruits and Vegetables- I know what your thinking (I waited 2 weeks to learn this.... what a joke) This can be the single most important thing that you can do to become healthier. No matter if you have diabetes or heart disease or just don't want to get these diseases... fruits and vegetables can and will change your life...... Watch this



6. Exercise - we need to get 20 minutes of some sort of exercise every day. You will be surprised with just taking a walk with the family every night for 20 minutes (not only will it be good for bringing everyone together) it will make a big difference on blood flow to the body and before you know it you will be in better health.

Interesting video! But aren't there nutrients in meat and dairy that we need? For example, we need calcium to make our bones strong. If someone only ate fruits and vegetables, maybe they wouldn't have diabetes, but what about other health issues? I've always been a "balanced diet" kind of person. What do you think?

This is not pushing a type of diet and in no way am I saying go totally on a raw diet. This is to demonstrate how powerful your diet truley is.. Plus you get calcium from your green leafy vegetables like spinach. the only thing that can not be absorbed in a diet like this is Amino Acids that are found in meats....
